Our environmental experts work collaboratively with clients, regulatory agencies, and the public.
We have prepared and processed to certification hundreds of environmental documents per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). In addition, we have prepared similar documents in compliance with the requirements of Montana, Hawaii, and Guam. We have prepared and processed documents for development, restoration, conservation, and rule-making projects. Our environmental experts work collaboratively with clients, regulatory agencies, and the public to clearly define goals, objectives, and processes. We then apply extensive practical knowledge of complex planning, permitting, and environmental requirements to ensure compliance with the latest laws, regulations, and court decisions.
Our strength is a deep understanding of the development process from both policy and physical planning standpoints. In supporting a local agency through a rule-making process, our role as environmental planners, technical experts, and analysts is to prepare state and federal compliance documents that give a broad assessment of potential impacts under the proposed project and clearly define feasible performance standards and mitigation measures that would minimize or avoid significant impacts.
